This program is ideal for those who are ready to make a significant health change and are ready to learn the why and how of healthy eating. It consists of six 1-hour sessions over Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, or phone (1 session will be held at a local supermarket for a tour and walk through of food recommendations if desired) . Throughout the sessions we will work through a book together alongside my expert knowledge and support that will help assist in:

Consists of 12 1-hour sessions over Zoom, FaceTime, skype, or phone (1 or 2 sessions will be held at a local supermarket for a tour and walk-through of food recommendations if desired). This program will include everything from the 6 session program but is ideal for those who are ready to learn in more detail about the healthiest diet for their particular health condition. Recommended for those with 2 or more chronic illnesses, ie. diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, fatty liver, high cholesterol. For those ready to invest the resources necessary for a total health transformation.
The A La Carte program is ideal for individuals who have a good handle on an overall healthy lifestyle but have a specific health condition they would like to address. The amount of sessions for this program varies per person but on average consists of three-four 1-hour sessions over Zoom, FaceTime or phone (1 session will be held at a local supermarket for a tour and walk through of food recommendations if desired) . Throughout the sessions we will work together on:

The Maintenance Program is recommended for every client once you’ve completed your main program in order to continue healthy habits. These will be 15-30 minute regular meetings as needed (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly). Many individuals require this on-going support, encouragement and accountability to ensure results.
